Friendly welcome. Well appointed room, which had recently been refurbished and had a lovely view of the river. Bed very comfortable with good quality white cotton bed linen. We met a group of friends in the evening for a meal in the restaurant - service was excellent and food 'good pub grub'.

Enjoyed our stay. Good location overlooking the river, Nice inside bar/restaurant and seating outside. Comfortable room with very nice bathroom. Friendly staff and tasty food. Had lunch, dinner and breakfast and it was good value for money. The dog also enjoyed his stay.

Young staff efficient and friendly; good fish & chips but menu rather limited; en-suite room recently refurbished - could do with a stool/chair in the bathroom although luckily I can still touch my toes (to dry them).

It is beautiful inside and out perfect location with wonderful views and exceptional staff. This was our fourth visit we love it here and will certainly be back again in the summer time and we can bring our dog.
